Granular parakeratosis (GP) is a distinctive acquired keratotic dermatosis that is usually presented with brownish-red hyperkeratotic papules and plaques in the intertriginous areas. Follicular involvement in GP could be either extending lesions from interfollicular epithelium or originating primarily from the follicular epithelium.
