We determine ∼30,000 objectively measured posture transitions from 156 individuals during work time. Results suggest that the temporal dynamics of sit-to-stand changes change from stand-to-sit transitions, and therefore individuals are faster to change postures later on when you look at the workday, and quicker to stand up after having been more energetic into the recent hours.
