To assess changes in Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) scores after continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea. Consecutive patients attending the Alfred Health sleep clinic, diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, and prescribed CPAP were recruited.
