Radiological imaging is important in the diagnosis of the artery of Percheron (AOP) infarction. This study aimed to discuss the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings of this abnormal variant of arterial supply. Patients who presented to our hospital with stroke symptoms between 2010 and 2019 and underwent brain MRI were evaluated retrospectively.
