Sarcoma diagnosis has become increasingly complex, requiring a combination of morphology, immunohistochemistry, and molecular studies to derive specific diagnoses. We evaluated the role of anchored multiplex polymerase chain reaction-based gene fusion assay in sarcoma diagnostics.
