We show that short hairpin RNA-mediated SRA silencing substantially improves the immunogenicity of DCs that have grabbed chaperone vaccines made to target melanoma (i.e., hsp110-gp10 and breast cancer (i.e., hsp110-HER/Neu-ICD).
