Here, we report that the Arabidopsis TERMINAL FLOWER1 (TFL1) is a mobile regulator created in the chalazal endosperm, and techniques towards the syncytial peripheral endosperm to mediate appropriate endosperm cellularization and seed dimensions through stabilizing ABSCISIC ACID INSENSITIVE 5.
