A 34-year-old Caucasian man offered unilateral start of para-central scotomata, photopsias, and dyschromatopsia two weeks after management of an influenza vaccine. Medical assessment and MMI were indicative of MEWDS. The in-patient's MMI abnormalities and signs resolved spontaneously after a month.
